q99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the q99 website at q99.asia and any associated mobile or desktop application or service.
• "Player" / "You" means any registered user of the q99 Platform who has created an account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by q99.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other accepted payment methods.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the q99 Platform.

To access the q99 Platform you must register an account. By completing registration you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using q99.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are registering one account solely for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account on q99 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

q99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile wallet verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

q99 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods:

• bKash — personal and merchant wallet transfers
• Nagad — mobile financial service wallet transfers
• Rocket (DBBL) — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking transfers
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. q99 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your q99 Account balance upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction. q99 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• q99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
• q99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• In cases where fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected, q99 may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation. The Player will be notified by email at the address registered to the Account.

q99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers; Bonus Funds are used only once the Real Money Balance reaches zero.
• q99 welcomes bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• q99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed on that bonus at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of any promotional mechanics will be forfeited and the associated account(s) may be permanently closed.
• Bonus Funds have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

q99 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Opening multiple accounts (including under different names, emails, or phone numbers) to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a previous account closure.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the q99 Platform for any unlawful financial activity. q99 cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• Providing false information during registration or verification procedures.
• Allowing a third party (including a family member) to access or operate your q99 Account.

Where q99 offers sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market and the applicable odds at the time the bet is placed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at q99's sole discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not replayed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum single-bet and maximum payout limits apply per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.
• q99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the relevant sporting event.
• Errors in odds or market settlement will be corrected as soon as reasonably practicable. Bets settled incorrectly will be recalculated at the correct odds or voided at q99's discretion.

Players may close their q99 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

q99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Verification documents requested by q99 have not been provided within the specified timeframe.
• q99 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or technical failure.

q99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. q99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

q99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All content on the q99 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of q99 or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from q99.

q99 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, q99 will endeavour to notify Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translation and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.
